TERMS OF SERVICE: 

These are the guidelines you agree to upon signing up for the app. Each one of these points will have a zero tolerance policy and will result in the potential removal of the banned content, and removal of the user, if the offense is repeated or deemed egregious enough to warrant removal. These are subject to change over time.

• No Threats or harm to someone’s life, rights or intellectual property 
• No antireligion attacks or posts of any kind
• No Buying/Selling/Trading Cannabis consumption products or any other illegal substances per the federal law of the United States of America, this will change as laws change.
• No Hacking (if member is discovered to have hacked anything on any platform or device used by the Cannalife Culture Co. they will be banned/prevented from creating new accounts for life and prosecuted)
• Keep families out of anything negative/personal attacks
• There are unlimited posts, reactions, live streaming, pictures, and videos you can share on our app. All Messages and private information will be encrypted.
• No exploits of children or explicit sexual content is allowed, period. (This is grounds for immediate removal from our platform and IP address ban.)

• Any updates to our terms of service and guidelines/rules will be consented to by you, after your initial agreement. (We will send updated information any time this occurs)
• Using any of our services means you agree you will not mislead any other users or attempt to extort anything out of them or their businesses. If you are caught doing so, or it can be traced back to you, you will have charges pressed and removed from all platforms including losing your NFT that you purchased along with anything else gained from our apps and programs.
• NEVER click a link someone sends you to your DM, if you do not know or trust them.
• NEVER give your crypto private key to anyone.
• You will be obligated to the rules, terms of service and guidelines for each device you access the app from. Such as iOS, Google, Android, since our app will be on these platforms.
• No ILLEGAL SALES, of any kind of illegal products. CannaLife Culture Co and StoniezNFTs will not be held liable for any charges brought against the users of our application. We do not and will never invade your privacy, however we do not condone this type of activity.
• By agreeing to these terms of service, you give Cannalife Culture Co and Stoniez NFTs the permission to use your statistical data you provide, in order to create a more customized, fun and educational experience for you and others.
• CANNALIFE CULTURE CO, STONIEZ NFTs AND ITS PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF ITS SITES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OF TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR LINE FAILURE.  CANNALIFE CULTURE CO, ITS AFFILIATES, BRANDS, or USERS OF THIS SERVICE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS IN ITS SITES, EVEN IF THERE IS NEGLIGENCE BY THC OR IF THC OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR BOTH.   

Privacy Policy: 

• Any media content you share, post or import on the platform gives Cannalife Culture Co and Stoniez NFTs the right to own it and use it.
• CannaLife Culture Co, StoniezNFTs, its partners, affiliates, and investors abide by all anti-piracy laws, and will not be held liable for any legal action brought against any users of this platform who’ve been caught streaming copyrighted material illegally.  
• The only information we may use or sell is the statistical data we collect from the app itself; “statistical data” includes but is not limited to content view numbers, number of clicks on content, number of reactions, product trends, and brand popularity.
• No personal info will ever be sold, period. We believe in your right to privacy, just like our own. 
• Location services will only be used when a user checks in at a location. We do not and will not Track your phone if you do not have the app open.
• If there is a profile which has suspicious activity or has been proven to break the law on our app, we will share that profile and its information with authorities to protect our community. 
• You can not use Cannalife Culture Co’s and StoneizNFTs brand names, logos or proprietary intellectual property without our written consent or under permission of open source licensing. 
• You can not extract code from us, our sites and apps. Everything we have is proprietary, and protected by Patent and Trademark. This includes our brand and intellectual property. 
• By agreeing to this policy, you release Cannalife Culture Co and its owners/employees or Partners/affiliates of any liability and responsibility of any legal action brought against you by another person, or entity govt or civilian alike.
